On the ASB homepage, just enter your Login ID and Password into the login form then click the “Log In” button.
You should make sure that you are using the right login ID and check if the Caps lock is on, if it is on, then off the Caps lock key and try.
In case, you forgot your password, or username, click “Forgot Password” on the login form. On the next page, enter your Login ID to recover your password or call customer service to recover your username.

On the main page, find again the login area then click on the button located at the bottom “Enroll”.
On the next page click on the “enroll” button under “Personal Ebanking”
Fill in the banking information required (image below)
Then provide your personal info and create a new User ID and password. After that, you’ll be all set, ready to use all online banking features offered by American Savings.

To initiate a wire transfer, you must fill out a Wire Transfer Request Form and bring it to any American Savings Bank branch for immediate processing.
Note: For same-day processing, the Wire Transfer Request Form must be received before 11:00 a.m. (HST) (domestic transfers) and 10:00 a.m. (HST) (International Transfers) from Monday to Friday.
